In the face of global water safety challenges, China upholds its novel development philosophy of innovation, coordination, environmental protection, openness, and sharing. And it insists the water regulation guidance of water conservation first, water consumption balance, water system governance, and dual regulating measures, coordinates water disaster prevention and governance, water resource conservation, water ecosystem preservation and repairing, water environment governance. The country secures its water using by 20 percent of global population with only 6 percent of world fresh water resource. China has made vital contribution to 2023 UN sustainable growth goals and the joint building of human community with shared future.
